Clare integrates with thousands of products giving you the freedom to select brands you know and trust. After rigorous in-house testing; we proudly offer you a selection of products that meet the Clare Great Experience requirements. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return, or repair.

Time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned products.

Return by Mail

1. Contact ClareCare customer service at 941.315.2273 (CARE) to get a merchandise return authorization. The return authorization will be sent to you via email.

2. Pack up your purchased item(s) with all contents and product packaging. If you don't have all the packaging and accessories, a deduction might be applied to your refund.

3. Print the return authorization sent to you via email and place it in the package with the items to be returned.

4. Purchase postage, put a return label on the package, and ship to the Clare Returns Center:

5. Your refund shall be issued upon receipt and inspection of your returned items.

Refund Method

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are subject to restocking fees in the event that items or original packaging are damaged or if they are not in the original packaging.
